Pilates is great for helping with back related issues. It’s recommended by GPs, chiropractors, osteopaths to help reduce back pain.

Pilates has many other physical benefits, including strengthening core muscles, improving posture, increasing flexibility and mobility, and strengthening the pelvic floor to reduce stress incontinence.

Pilates is also beneficial for mental health and helps to raise moods. We have a lot of class members who first came to our classes to help with their depression, stress and anxiety.
